UAE Shipping

  • Delivery Coverage: We deliver to all locations within the UAE using a third-party courier, Emirates Post.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Cut-Off Time: Our daily cut-off time for processing orders is 6:00 PM Dubai Time. Orders placed after this time or on UAE public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Delivery Fees:

    • Free delivery for orders over 200 AED.
    • A shipping fee of 15 AED (non-refundable) will apply to orders under 200 AED in the event of cancellation.

  • Address Accuracy: To avoid delivery delays, please ensure you provide your full address and accurate contact details.

  • Customs and Taxes: Falcon Coffee Roasters is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to 3,000 AED within the UAE.

  • Lost/Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

International Shipping

  • Coverage: We offer international shipping to GCC countries only, via Emirates Post.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Import Duties and Taxes: Your order may incur import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Falcon Coffee Roasters is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.
